Evan Hall, PT is a licensed physical therapist originally from West Virginia. He earned his Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 2004 with his entire career dedicated to outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. Evan spent nearly 10 years at Bluegrass Orthopedics in Lexington, where he most recently served as the Clinic Manager for the Georgetown location. He joined Aptiva Health as the Lexington Physical Therapy Manager, where he is passionate about supporting the organization’s growth while contributing to mentorship and educational development for clinicians.

Evan Hall, PT, is a licensed physical therapist with more than two decades of experience dedicated exclusively to outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. Originally from West Virginia, Evan earned his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 2004 and has spent his career helping patients overcome injuries, restore function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Before joining Aptiva Health, Evan spent nearly 10 years with Bluegrass Orthopaedics, where he most recently served as Clinic Manager for the Georgetown location. During his tenure, he developed extensive experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, sports medicine, and the treatment of complex musculoskeletal conditions.
Today, Evan serves as the Lexington Physical Therapy Manager for Aptiva Health. In addition to providing exceptional patient care, he is passionate about supporting the continued growth of the organization while mentoring clinicians and contributing to professional development and education across the therapy team.
