Education and Professional Background
Pete earned both his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 1998.
Early in his career, Pete acquired Indy Physical Therapy, PC, and developed it into a three-location private practice. As its owner and operations leader, he oversaw patient care, staffing, business operations, referral relationships, marketing, and organizational growth.
While managing the practice, Pete earned his Master of Business Administration from Butler University, graduating in 2008. His MBA studies strengthened his understanding of healthcare leadership, marketing, operations, and the patient experience.
After selling the practice to Select Physical Therapy, Pete continued serving patients and leading teams in private outpatient, hospital-based, sports medicine, spine, and occupational-health settings. His career has included clinical and leadership roles with organizations such as Select Physical Therapy, Athletico, Franciscan Health, Concentra, Major Health Partners–SportWorks, and other Indianapolis-area practices.
Across these settings, Pete has treated diverse orthopedic and neurological caseloads, managed rehabilitation clinics, mentored students and new therapists, and built collaborative relationships with physicians and community referral partners.
