Dr. Steve Smith is the Director of Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine at Aptiva Health. He is board certified in sports orthopedic surgery and is renowned for his expertise.
Michael Casnellie, MD
Dr. Michael Casnellie is board certified in orthopedic spine surgery. He specializes in minimally invasive neck and back surgery for patients in Louisville and Lexington.
David Mcconda, md
Dr. McConda is board certified in orthopedic spine surgery. He specializes in minimally invasive neck, back, and SI-joint fusions. He will begin seeing patients May 16, 2022.

Dr. Chunduri is a Board Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. Dr. Chunduri currently does not provide patient care and only offers medical-legal consultative services.

Michelle Matlock, PA-C, has been a physician assistant for 13 years. In the last 13 years, she has worked in Emergency Medicine, Interventional Pain Medicine and Neurosurgery. At Aptiva Health, she sees orthopedic injuries and conditions.
