2. What insurances are accepted at Aptiva Health?

We currently accept:

  • All Auto Insurance

  • Workers’ Compensation, including in-network with Coventry, One-Call, Department of Labor, and OMCA managed care networks

3. Do your patients need a referral to be seen?

No medical or PCP referral is required for new patients to Aptiva Health.

Your office can reach out to us to schedule or patients can contact us individually, whichever is most convenient for you.
