Aptiva Health is completely independent. Our group is not part of a national or regional hospital organization or other large conglomerate. FASTER CARE
We provide same-day and next-day new patient appointments for acute injuries and urgent care needs. We also provide same-week (typically within 48 hours) specialty appointments for sports medicine, orthopedic surgery, spine care, neuropsychology, mental health, interventional pain management, and advanced imaging. If you have called your primary care provider for an appointment in recent years, you know it can take weeks, even months, to be seen as an established patient, but even longer if you are a new patient. We are able to significantly beat the national average of 26 days for a new patient appointment and 17 days to see an orthopedic surgeon. That means we can provide care for our patients on the same day for urgent injury needs and within the same week (typically within 24 to 48 hours) for concussion, orthopedic surgery, spine care, and other specialty appointments we provide!
AFFORDABLE CARE
Even with insurance, you are responsible for co-pays, co-insurance, and your deductible. If your physician or specialist is part of a hospital system, the amount you pay, even with insurance, will be significantly more. The cost for healthcare services performed by a doctor working for a hospital or health system is significantly higher than the cost of independent physicians for the same services, according to a recent Health Services Research study.
What does this mean for you? Well, at Aptiva Health our independence means you will pay less out-of-pocket (even with insurance) for any healthcare services you receive at one of our facilities than you would if you went to a provider associated with a hospital system. And even if you do not have health insurance or have a shared healthcare plan, we provide a wide range of affordable cash-pay options for a wide range of services and procedures.
